LinenMaster Xchange Truck

The LinenMaster XChange™ Truck is designed by laundry professionals to meet the ergonomic requirements for today’s workforce.

OVERVIEW

Xtra-Lite™ 13 pound shelves and shelf channels allow the truck to quickly convert from handling clean shelved linens to soiled bulk linens. Strength and long-term durability are accomplished DuraCast Linen-Master Exchange Cartthrough:

  • Integrated semicircular braces
  • High-density polyethylene resin
  • Damage-resistant 270 degree radius corners
  • No-sag steel reinforced poly-base
  • Anti-bulging roll top edges provide twice the strength of traditional trucks

No metal reinforcements are required for this truck to keep its shape; this truck will stand up to years of continuous performance in tough working environments.

Unique recessed panel design protects the truck’s attractive appearance for its lifetime:

  • Flat side scratching and gouging are eliminated
  • Critical truck numbering & custom lettering is protected
  • Original factory polishing remains intact for the life of the truck

LINEN EXCHANGE TRUCK 51 (LET 51)

DuraCast Linen-Master Exchange CartThe LET 51 is virtually maintenance-free and designed for durability. Manufactured of tough polyethylene, the LET 51 is available in a variety of colors. The top flange provides additional strength to hold up under heavy loads while minimizing truck distortion.

This truck is built for rugged utility. Optional mold-in graphics allow you to uniquely identify your unit and proudly display your company’s name and logo. Optional stenciling provides shorter term identification or tare weights.

CLEAN LINEN & INFECTION CONTROL

The optional molded hinged lid with Velcro front closure secures and protects contents, eliminating the need for awkward, high-maintenance cart covers. Ask us about other additional options to enhance infection control.

DESIGN

Exchange trucks operate in challenging production environments: they must survive steam, water, overuse, and rough handling. Laundry professionals told us that their workers needed trucks that were more efficient; Dura-Cast invited laundry professionals to help design a truck that would fit their needs. Using their feedback, we designed the new Laundry Exchange Truck 51.

The LET 51 offers increased durability, strength, and ergonomic features, resulting in a cart that allows operators to work more efficiently. This is a quality exchange truck on which you can be proud to display your company’s logo and brand.

TOP LOCKING XTRA-LITE SHELF

The top shelf locks into the raised position to provide easy access to the lower shelf.

STEEL REINFORCED PLASTIC BASEDuraCast Linen-Master Exchange Cart

Traditional steel bases will distort when under collision stress and remain that way, causing constant caster wobble.  The Dura-Cast steel reinforced plastic base has molded-in steel reinforcing bars that won’t rust. Built to act like a torsion bar, collisions simply stress the base –  it springs right back to its original shape.

ROLLED TOP EDGE

DuraCast Linen-Master Exchange Cart

The rolled top edge provides critical strength to limit cart-top expansion and offers a smoother surface for personnel.

ERGONOMIC HAND-HOLDS

Ergonomic hand-holds are reinforced for operator ease and are strategically placed to provide the worker with better control when the truck is fully loaded.

OPTIONAL STAINLESS STEEL PULL BAR

The stainless steel pull bar offers an additional grasping point to manage the Xchange truck.
