DESIGN

Exchange trucks operate in challenging production environments. They must survive steam, water, abuse, over use, and mistreatment. Laundry professionals told us that a new generation of trucks was required for the new century. Dura-Cast responded and asked laundry professionals to help design our new generation exchange truck.

Institutional laundry managers know what the problems are with existing products. They know what worked and what didn’t work. We took their input and designed a new generation truck – the LinenMaster Xchange truck.

We made the Xchange durable, stronger, more ergonomically effective for today’s workforce, more efficient to work with, and more pleasing in appearance. This is an exchange truck that you can be proud of and one where you can confidently display your molded-in logo for all to see.

TOP LOCKING XTRA-LITE SHELF

The top shelf locks into its raised position to proved easy access to the lower shelf.

STEEL REINFORCED PLASTIC BASEDuraCast Linen-Master Exchange Cart

The Dura-Cast steel reinforced plastic base is tough because of the molded-in steel reinforcing bars, yet it won’t rust. Built to act like a torsion bar, collisions simply stress the base and it springs right back to its original shape. Traditional steel bases will distort when under collision stress and remain that way causing constant caster wobble.

ROLLED TOP EDGE

DuraCast Linen-Master Exchange Cart

The rolled top edge provides critical strengthening that limits cart-top expansion and a smoother surface for personnel to work with.

ERGONOMIC HAND-HOLDS

Ergonomic hand-holds are reinforced for operator ease strategically placed throughout the truck to provide better control when it’s fully loaded.

OPTIONAL STAINLESS STEEL PULL BAR

The stainless steel bar is an additional grasping point that provides another method to manage the Xchange truck.
